Some fonts are thin and this makes them very delicate. Some fonts are tall and this can make them taller than they are wide. 

Long names are going to make the overall size look smaller, as there are more letters to fit into the space, if you are ordering 2 items and you need them to look similar sizes for the same cake, this must be noted with your order so I can manually amend heights and width to try to make them similar. This isn't always possible though with very different sized names.

If you'd like a digital proof of the finished design before its made please leave a note with your order. This may add time to the process, as I have to wait for your approval before I proceed.

Proof designs are not available before ordering. 

All acrylic shapes are cut using 3mm depth and the acrylic will come with the protective film on both sides (except the mirror, film on one side only) to prevent scratching during transit, which will need to be removed before use. 

Acrylic is food safe.

Handle your toppers and charms with care as some thin parts are very fragile and can snap, the mirror is especially delicate, read the usage instructions on the back of the card insert with your order.  

Allow up to 2 working days manufacture time, as these items are made to order, plus additional for delivery. 

Postage options

I can't be held responsible for delays in the delivery service,  so please allow plenty of time when ordering.

If you need the item urgently then please use the Express delivery option and leave me a note with the date the item is required by and Ill do my best to make and send ASAP, this isn't always possible so please do contact directly if you are in need of an urgent order.

All items are made to order therefore please ensure that you are happy with the size of the charm/topper before you make a purchase. I cannot be held responsible for wrong size purchased****
